摘要
通过工程实例,分析半径为3m左右的大曲率球形顶模板及混凝土结构的施工难点,从经济性方面、球形顶的内外模成型控制、圆弧曲面模板选材及成型、外侧圆弧曲面成型及混凝土浇筑等方面分别进行了重点的分析论证,并提出了相应的解决方法,工程实践效果良好。该方法经济地解决了大曲率球形顶模板及混凝土结构施工难题,且符合国家的环境保护政策和绿色施工新理念的要求。
By engineering practice,the construction difficulties of large curvature spherical roof formwork and its concrete structure with 3m radius were analyzed.The corresponding solution methods were demonstrated from the aspects of economic aspects,the forming control of spherical roof inside and outside formwork,material selection and forming of circular surface formwork,the outer circular surface forming and pouring concrete.These methods could meet the requirement of new concept of national policy of environmental protection and green construction.
