颅内动脉瘤术中临时阻断载瘤动脉的技巧 被引量：12

摘要 目的总结载瘤动脉临时阻断技术在颅内动脉术中的应用技巧。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的133例动脉瘤,其中116个动脉瘤临时阻断载瘤动脉,术后以CT检查阻断血管供应区有无新鲜梗死灶为标准判断是否造成缺血性脑损伤,并观察临床预后情况。结果术中动脉瘤破裂15例(12.9%);18例(15.5%)术后2 d出现被阻断动脉供应区脑组织缺血性损害表现,经治疗恢复正常;死亡2例(1.7%)。结论载瘤动脉临时阻断是一种安全有效的手术技巧,有明确适应证时可应用于动脉瘤夹闭术中,但需尽量缩短阻断时间。术中应用脑保护药物可改善临床预后。
