我国高等工程教育的发展现状、问题及趋势分析 被引量:42

摘要 在我国高等教育体系中,工程教育发展规模位居世界首位,直面经济建设主战场的工程类专业毕业生始终以扎实的基础和良好的素质受到国内外青睐。各学科门类中,工学专业毕业生就业率及专业对口率最高。随着经济社会的快速发展,满足社会多样化的需求,高等工程教育层次结构发生了变化,工学专科在校生所占百分比的急剧增加,本科在校生所占百分比减少。目前,工程教育存在的主要问题与不足是,教育思想观陈旧,人才培养制度单一,人才培养平台薄弱,创新氛围和环境欠缺,并面临着国际化、社会化、综合性、多样性等新趋势的挑战。 In China's higher education system, the scale of engineering education is the first in the world. Facing the main battlefield of economic construction, engineering graduates have always been favored at home and abroad for their solid foundation and good quality. The employment rate of graduates of engineering is the highest in various subject categories. With the rapid economic and social development, to meet the diverse needs of the community, engineering education has become more professional settings to meet the needs of the society. The proportion of engineering student amount has decreased. At present, the main problems of engineering education are as follows, outdated con- cept of education thinking, single personnel training system, weak personnel training platform, lacking innovative atmosphere and environment and facing the new trend of internationalization, socialization, comprehensive and diversity.
