摘要
通过分析国内外管道保温的现状,比较了主要保温材料的性能,从而选择玻璃纤维棉作为载金炭解吸电积设备高温管道的保温材料。它具有投入成本低,保温效果好等优点,能减少理论热损失84%。工业应用表明,该保温材料的实际应用效果与理论保温效果是一致的。
After analyzed the present situation of domestic and foreign pipe insulation, compared the main insulation material properties, so it is preferred to choose glass fiber cotton as thermal insulation material used in the high temperature pipeline of gold loaded carbon desorptlon electro winning equip-ment. It has the advantages of low cost, good effect for heat preservation, and the theoretical heat loss can be reduced by 84%. The industrial application shows that, the application effect of the thermal in-sulation material keeps coincidence with theoretical insulation effect.
