摘要
培养具有独立思考、创新精神的研究生是国内研究生教育的目标。通过吉林大学建设工程学院研究生培养情况与美国密西西比大学研究生培养方法的比较,分析研究生教学方式、导师制这二方面的异同,指出国内研究生培养过程中存在的问题,最后提出多导师制的研究生培养模式,强调论文阅读在研究生培养过程中的重要性。
The objective of graduate education is to cultivate the graduate student with independent thinking and creative mind in China. The graduate cultural methods between Jilin University and Mississippi University are made comparisons from teaching methods and mentor program. In this paper, some questions of Chinese graduate education are indicated. The multiple mentors program is proposed and the significance of literature reading is emphasized.
