摘要
数字符合技术是目前放射性核素计量学研究的热点,是一种很有发展前景的、灵活的核脉冲处理技术。论文探讨了数字符合测量的原理及误差分析,采用高速数据采集卡及VB编写的测量软件构建数字符合测量实验装置,利用60Co的β-γ级联辐射的延迟符合事件,用数字符合系统测量系统测量60Co放射源活度,并讨论阈值对数字符合系统的测量结果的影响。其测量结果与参考源活度的偏差为0.44%。实验结果表明论文中探讨的数字符合方案是可行的。
Digital Coincidence counting(DCC) is a very promising, flexible nuclear pulse processing technology. This paper discusses the principle of measurement of 60Co activity by digital coincidence counting method. With the data acquisition and digital coincidence processing software, an experimental system is constructed, and the influence of the threshold on the measuring restults is analysed. The results show that the relative error is about 0.44% to referance source. The research shows that the scheme of DCC is really practical, and its algorithms are valid. This study is of significance to the future research on digital coincidence technology.
