摘要
基于舰炮随动系统设计调试和仿真试验的需求,在分析了KOLLMORGEN交流伺服驱动系统力矩工作模式基本控制原理的基础上,设计了以TMS320F2812DSP为核心处理器的力矩控制器,并采用数据采集双缓冲、Windows多线程和高精度定时等软件设计技术开发了相应的控制应用程序,在友好的人机交互环境下,实现了高频率复杂力矩波形的实时控制,在舰炮负载仿真领域获得了良好的实际应用效果。
Based on the requirement of design, debugging and emulation test of naval servo system, the paper analyzed the basic control principle of the moment work mode of KOLLMORGEN AC servo drive system and designed the moment eontro}.ler use TMS320F2812 DSP and adopt the software design technology such as data collection duplex buffer, windows multithreading and high precision timing to develop control application. The controller realized the real time control of high-frequency complicated moment waveform under the friendly human factors alternating surroundings and gained well practical application effect.
