摘要 咖啡酸苯乙酯(CAPE)是蜂胶中的一种活性组分,长期在民间医药中使用,具有多种生物学活性。CAPE抑制肿瘤细胞生长是近年来的研究热点。本文主要综述CAPE对多种肿瘤的抑制功效及其抗肿瘤的分子机制,指出CAPE主要通过清除ROS,抑制NF-κB,诱导细胞周期阻滞及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡来抑制肿瘤的生长。表明CAPE作为一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物具有广阔的应用前景。 Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) is a biologically active component of propolis from honeybee hives. It has been used in folk medicine since ancient time,and has widely biological propertities. CAPE can suppress reproductive of many kinds of tumors, and has been a hot topic in recent years. The antitumor activities of CAPE and its molecular mechanisms were reviewed in this article, the results indicated that CAPE suppressed tumor reproductive by ROS scavenging,pro-oxidative activity,NF-κB inhibition,cell cycle inhibition and apoptosis induction. It can be conclude that CAPE has widely application as a potential antitumor drug.
