无固相有机盐环空保护液的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 元坝103H井是中石化西南油气分公司在四川盆地川东巴中低缓构造带部署的一口重点超深水平井。该井完钻后,为延长井下管具的使用寿命,须在油管与套管间充注密度为1.3 g/cm3的无固相环空保护液。结合套管和油管的腐蚀机理分析,决定采用有机盐作为无固相环空保护液的主剂。通过对有机盐、缓蚀剂和杀菌剂等处理剂的室内优选,形成了无固相有机盐环空保护液配方。经测定,在160℃养护72 h,P110钢片的腐蚀速率为0.061mm/a;在160℃、10 MPa下养护24、72和168 h后,TP110TS钢片的腐蚀速率分别为0.022 6、0.016 6、0.023 5mm/a;此外该保护液还具有pH值易于调节、密度调节范围宽(1.0~1.5 g/cm3)、杀菌效果好(杀菌率大于95%),可生物降解等优点。在元坝103H井现场配制的环空保护液从井下高温高含硫环境返出后性能保持稳定,对油、套管防腐效果好, The well Yuanbal03H,located in Bazhong structure of eastern Sichuan basin,is a key ultra-deep horizontal well of South-Western Branch Sinopec.To prevent annular tubes from being corroded,a clay-free annular protective fluid with the density of 1.3 g/cm3 is required.Based on erosion mechanism analysis,an organic salt solution system is developed in laboratory.The application of annular protective fluid in well Yuanbal03H shows that it has good performance of keeping low corrosion to steel after circulated in conditions of high temperature and high H2S pressure.After curing at 160 ℃ for 72 h,the corrosion rate of steel P110 is 0.061 mm/a;after curing at 160 ℃ for 24 h,72 h and 168 h with 10 MPa,the corrosion rate of steel TP110TS is 0.022,6 mm/a,0.016,6 mm/a and 0.023,5 mm/a respectively.Moreover,it has many advantages that the pH value and density can be readily adjusted(1.0-1.5 g/cm3),the aseptic rate is higher than 95% and the system is biodegradable.
