摘要
高校学生干部是高校学生群体中的骨干,是学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的重要力量。当前学生干部队伍存在这样那样的问题,加强学生干部队伍管理考核必不可少。从思想、能力、学习、工作四个方面进行管理考核,同时注重考核体系的整体性、适应性、促进性、绩效性、可操作性和发展性。认真落实学生干部管理的考核办法,将考核结果实时反馈并进行针对性整改。
College student cadres are the backbone of college student groups,and play the important role in students’self education,self-management,and self-service.Presently,there are problems of various kinds with student cadres.It is necessary to strengthen the management of student cadres.Their ideology,ability,learning,and service work are the four elements for the management assessment.Meanwhile,the integrity,adaptability,promotion,performance,operability,and development with the assessment should also be taken into consideration.The results of the assessment should be fed back timely for rectification.
