摘要
目的 :探求红唇修复的简易实用方法。 方法 :于下唇设计并切取蒂在口角的带唇动脉的轴型红唇组织瓣进行转移。 结果 :9例患者均获成功 ,效果满意。 结论 :该方法改变传统的分期进行的红唇瓣修复法 ,一期完成手术 。
Objective:This is to introduce a method for repairing the atrophic vermilion border. Method:In 9 patients,the axial vermilion border flap is removed,whose pedicle lies in corner of the mouth,to the converse of the reel lip. Result:All the flaps survived and the affected vermilion border is repqired with color,texture match and plump contour.Conclusion: This operative procedure is performed in one step and simple.It has achieved fine effect.
