随着经济社会和教育事业的迅速发展,职业学校临时聘用工作人员(以下简称编外人员)也大量增加,但编外人员的聘用管理和劳动保障权益存在着政策的缺位。本文结合职业学校编外用工的实际状况,认真查找职业学校用工存在的问题和原因,从而提出相应的对策与建议。
