外路法提上睑肌缩短术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨外路法提上睑肌缩短术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法对36例(38眼)重度先天性上睑下垂的患者采用外路皮肤面切口手术方法进行提上睑肌缩短术。结果 38眼中有35眼效果满意;2眼矫正不足,二次术后效果满意;1眼过矫,按摩及加强闭目运动后1个月正常。术后随访1年,双重睑形成自然美观,无严重并发症。结论采用外路皮肤面切口提上睑肌缩短手术方法矫正重度先天性上睑下垂成功率高,疗效好。
