摘要
目的探讨系统护理干预配合针刺及穴位注射治疗卒中(中风)便秘的疗效。方法将120例中风便秘患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各60例,对照组予以常规的口服果导、开塞露纳肛治疗和护理,干预组在常规治疗和护理的基础上进行系统护理干预配合针刺及穴位注射治疗。比较两组患者首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、每次排便时间及治疗效果。结果干预组总有效率为93.3%(56/60);对照组总有效率为71.7%(43/60),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.052,P<0.05)。结论应用系统护理干预配合针刺及穴位注射治疗中风便秘效果明显,提高了中风患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of the systematic nursing intervention combined with acupuncture and acupoint injection on the curative effect of the stroke patients with constipation.Methods 120 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was treated with the convention al oral phenolphthalein,glycerine enema for plugging the anus and nursing care,while the intervention group was added with acupuncture and acupoint injection on the basis of routine nursing.The first defecation time,defecation interval time,each defecation time and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.3%（56/60） in intervention group and 71.7%（43/60） in the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（χ2=2.052,P0.05）.Conclusion Application of systematic nursing intervention combined with acupuncture and acupoint injection has obvious effect in treating the stroke patients with constipation and improves the quality of life in the stroke patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
