盐酸戊乙奎醚对急性有机磷酸中毒患者心肌损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的对盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷酸中毒患者的心肌损伤的临床疗效急性探讨。方法选取本院两年来急性有机磷酸中毒患者154例作为研究对象。将他们随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各77例。在结合所有患者的病情上,对对照组采用阿托品治疗患者的心肌损伤,而实验组则采用盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗。治疗前后对两组患者的血清肌钙蛋白以及DT间期离散度进行观察与比较。结果所有患者进行治疗前,患者的DT间期离散度以及血清肌钙蛋白含量相似,而两组患者经过不同治疗后发现,实验组OT间期离散度明显小于对照组,而治疗后血清肌钙蛋白也低于对照组,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的采用阿托品治疗急性有机磷酸中毒患者相比,盐酸戊乙奎醚在对抗心肌损伤方面具有更好的临床疗效,值得在临床上进行推广。 Objective To investigate the acute clinical effect of myocardial injury in patients with the acute organic phosphorus poisoning for penehyclidine hydrochloride. Methods We chose 154 cases with acute organophosphate poisoning patients in two years,which were as the study object. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group had 77 cases. In all patients,the control group were given the atropine in the treatment of patients with myocardial injury,while the experimental group were given penehyclidine hydrochloride. To observe and compare the two groups of patients’serum cardiac troponin and DT interval dispersion before and after the treatment. Results Before treatment of all the patients,patients with DT interval dispersion and serum troponin’s levels were similar,but after different treatment,the two groups of patients were found that the experimental group’s OT interval dispersion was significantly less than the control group,and after treatment the experimental group’s serum cardiac troponin was lower than the control group,the two groups were compared,it had significant statistics (P 0.05). Conclusion To compare with the traditional using of atropine in the treatment of acute organic phosphorus poisoning,the clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride has much better against myocardial injury,and it is worthy of promotion in clinics.
