摘要 目的:建立离子色谱-安培检测器测定人尿样品中碘含量的快速、简便分析方法。方法:尿样经稀释后以0.1 g/ml抗坏血酸进行还原处理,通过IonPac AS 19阴离子交换分析柱,65 mmol/L NaOH等浓度淋洗液洗脱方式,经安培检测器测定样品中碘离子含量。结果:在低浓度线性范围(20.0μg/L^400μg/L)和高浓度线性范围内(400μg/L^1200μg/L)内,回归方程相关系数分别在0.9995~0.9999之间和0.9999以上,加标回收率在85.7%~103.5%之间,方法检出限为2μg/L,精密度为2.0%。结论:本方法简便、快速、安全、准确、成本低,适用于大批量样品中尿碘含量的测定。 Objective: To establish a fast and simple method for analyzing urine iodine by ion chromatography with amperometric detector. Methods : The urine sample was deoxidized by 0.1 g/ml ascorbic acid after dilution and eluted on hydrophobic IonPac AS19 anion - exchange column with 65 mmol/L NaOH, finally determined using a amperometric detector. Results: The linear range was 20.0 μg/L -400 μg/L and 400 μg/L - 1200 μg/L. The coefficients of the linear regression equation were 0. 9995 - 0. 9999 and 〉 0. 9999. The recovery rate was 85.7% - 103.5%. The detection limit was 2μg/L. The precision was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method can determine urine iodine concentration simply, rapidly, safely and reliably with a low cost. It is suitable for analyzing urine iodine in urine samples in large quantities.
