介入放射工作人员尿中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷检测与分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine in urine in radiation workers

摘要 目的:探讨介入操作对介入放射工作人员尿中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷水平的影响。方法:选取53名普通放射工作人员作为普通放射组,58名介入放射工作人员作为介入放射组,47名非职业受照人员作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测尿中8-OHdG水平,用苦味酸法测定尿中的肌酐,计算8-OHdG的肌酐校正值。结果:经统计分析,三组人群之间尿中8-OHdG浓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=4.00,P<0.05)。介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG均高于普通放射组和对照组(P<0.05),随着放射工龄的延长,每周介入手术量的增加,介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG水平基本呈上升趋势。结论:长期低剂量电离辐射可使介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG水平升高,引起机体DNA氧化损伤。 Objective: To explore the effects of 8 -hydroxy- 2'-deoxyguanosine(8 -OHdG) in urine in radia- tion workers engaged in interventional radiology. Methods: Three groups were established with 53 general radiation workers, 58 radiation workers engaging in interventional radiology and 47 non -radiation workers (control group). ELISA method was used to detect 8 - OHdG in urine samples. Picrate method was used for creatinine detection. 8 - OHdG level was adjusted by creatinine in urine. Results: According to the statistical analysis, the 8 - OHdG in urine among the three groups had significantly statistical difference ( F = 4.00, P 〈 0.05 ). The 8 - OHdG level in u- rine of the interventional radiology group was higher than that in the general radiation group and control group ( P 〈 0.05). The urine 8 - OHdG level increased along with the service life of radiation and weekly amount of interventional operation. Conclusion: Long - term low dose ionizing radiation can significantly increase urine 8 - OHdG lev- el of interventional radiology staff, leading to DNA oxidative damage in organism.
