烟草光独立组织培养的初步研究

摘要 本研究以烟草为试验材料,探讨了糖含量、透气孔等因素对烟草光独立组织培养的影响。结果表明,在无糖有气孔的组培条件下,烟草叶片具有一定的出愈率和出芽率,烟草试管苗生长健壮、根系发达。本研究为建立烟草光独立组织培养体系奠定了基础。
