摘要
目的探讨脂血对生化检测的干扰,对比乙醚萃取法、稀释法及高速离心法消除脂血干扰的研究。方法选取2011年5月至2012年5月该院门急诊就诊或住院患者的脂血标本80例,将标本分为4份,1份原血浆检测,另3份分别给予离子水稀释法、乙醚萃取法、低温高速离心法处理后检测。用配对t检验分析处理前后各组间差异,3种方法之间比较采用单因素方差分析。结果处理前后K+、Na+、Cl-、BUN检测值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种处理方法对K+、Na+、Cl-、BUN检测方分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ca2+、ALT、AST、rGT、LDH、HBDH、CK、CKMB、AMY、TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、Glu、Cr、UA检测值处理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3种处理方法对Ca2+、ALT、AST、rGT、LDH、HBDH、CK、CKMB、AMY、TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、Glu、Cr、UA检测方差分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆原液检测值最高,乙醚萃取法降低最明显,低温高速离心次之,离子水稀释法降低最少。结论脂血对生化检测干扰导致检测值偏高,乙醚萃取法对蛋白质类的检测项目影响明显,稀释法影响最小,在临床工作根据检测目的不同,三者可结合应用。
Objective To investigate the blood lipid on biochemical interference and compare difference between ether extraction method,dilution method and low temperature and high speed centrifugation method.Methods 80 lipid blood samples were dealt with ether extraction method,dilution method and low temperature and high speed centrifugation method from May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital.The significance was investigated between the before and after testing.The difference between three methods was compared.Results It is not significant between before and after testing for the level of K+,Na+,Cl-and BUN(P0.01).There is significance in the level of Ca2+,ALT,AST,rGT,LDH,HBDH,CK,CKMB,AMY,TBIL,DBIL,TP,ALB,Glu,Cr and UA.The differences were significant between three methods in testing the concentration except for K+,Na+,Cl-and BUN(P0.05).Conclusion Lipid in serum biochemical detection interference led to the detection of high value.Project detection of proteins by ether extraction effect obviously and the minimum effect is dilution.In clinical work three methods should be combined with each other according to the purpose of test.
