先天性心脏病合并左侧肺动脉重度发育不良1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,2岁,因＂发现心脏杂音2月＂入院。入院查体窦性心律,胸骨左缘可闻及Ⅱ～Ⅲ级收缩期杂音。入院后X线胸片检查：胸廓对称,双肺纹理增多、紊乱。超声心动图检查（图1）：右心室内径增宽、流出道增宽,肺动脉总干增宽,内径14mm;卵圆孔未闭,右向左分流;右肺静脉内径4.5mm,
