摘要
目的在显微解剖学中试验性构建Meta分析数学模型。方法通过对一定规模多中心独立研究的显微解剖学相关统计学资料相关效应尺度(比值比、相对危险度、率差及标准差)的定量和定性的分析,构建Meta分析模型。结果利用Meta分析相关的统计学原理为显微解剖学相关的各种效应尺度初步构建出较合适的Meta分析模型。结论 Meta分析模型的构建为显微解剖学提供了科学的循证医学证据,也对临床显微外科学具有重要的指导意义。
Objective, To explore the construction of Meta-analysis model in the microscopic anatomy experimentally. Methods The effect's scale including odds ratio (OR), relative risk (RR), rate difference (RD), mean dfifferenee (MD) about a certain amount of large sample, multiple center's individual studies in statistics were analysed qualitatively or quantitatively, thus to establish the Meta-analysis models by experimental exploration. Results The Meta-analysis models were established preliminaryly for several effeet's scale of microscopic anatomy with Meta-analysis associated with principles of statistics. Conclusion Establishing Meta- analysis models not only provides more scientific reference of evidenced-based medicine for microscopic anatomy, but also has an important leader significance for microscopic surgery in clinical practise.
