摘要
武陵山区蕴藏着丰富的木本油料资源,其种子富含油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等多种不饱和脂肪酸。文章概述该地区木本油料资源状况,阐述几种主要木本食用油的开发利用价值及利用前景,有利于培育壮大武陵山区木本食用油特色产业,帮助山区人民脱贫致富。
Wuling Mountainous area was rich in woody oil resources,and the seeds were full of oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids.The woody oil resources situation in Wuling Mountainous area was briefly described,and exploitation and utilization prospects of several main woody edible oils were summarized,which could strengthen local woody oil industry and help the farmers overcome poverty and achieve prosperity.
