摘要
为提高常减压装置的生产运行水平,燕山石化公司采用DMC Plus多变量动态矩阵控制软件,对初馏塔、常压塔、常压炉、减压塔和减压炉实行先进过程控制系统建设。并针对原油性质波动大的问题,新建一套核磁共振在线分析仪,对原油、常顶油、常一线和常二线等4种物料的15项物性指标进行在线分析,把馏程分析数据引入常压塔先进控制器,实现了前馈加反馈的控制模式;常顶干点、常一冰点、闪点和终馏点、常二线凝点的分析数据,校正先进过程控制系统的软仪表。两系统投用后,装置主要变量波动标准方差平均降低35%以上,航煤组分收率提高了0.79%。核磁共振在线分析仪首次在生产装置上实现了对原油的快速评测,并为装置防腐提供了实时的数据参考。
In order to improve CDU plant operation level ,DMC Plus was used to employ advanced process control to the pre-fractionator, distillation towel heating furnaces. A newly built Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrograph online analyzer analyzed crude oil ,naphtha, HGO and LGO simultaneously. TBP cut data was integrated into DMC controller as feed forward variables. IBP, ice point, condensation point were used to calibrate DMC soft sensors. After two systems put on service, the standard deviation of major variables decreased 35 % on average, aviation kerosene constituents increased 0.79 %. Analyzer provide real-time crude oil property evaluation data, which were also helpful to equipment anticorrosion.
