摘要
由"亲亲相隐"与儒家伦理的争论引发的相关问题并没有趋于完结,相反,在学理层次上有进一步深化的必要。"亲亲相隐"之争的关键问题,不在于血缘亲情本身是否正当,而在于以孔子为代表的早期儒家究竞主张如何处理血缘亲情与社会道义之间的关系。对此问题做出认真的分析与梳理,是"亲亲相隐"之争从"立场"走向"学理"的关键。具体而言,首先,有必要从文字训诂角度,对"直"、"隐"等关键字词在具体文本中的确切含义详加辨析,进而完整、合理地把握其内涵。其次,需要从义理角度,对儒家的真精神与孔孟的个别论述做一区分,既有同情的理解,又以历史的态度,同时借鉴诠释学的理论和方法,对儒家经典做出更具有创造性的诠释和阐发,切不可抱残守缺,固步自封。
The key point of the debate on "Mutual Concealment"("亲亲相隐") is not the legitimacy of blood relationship and family ties, but how the Confucius and the early Confucianism claimed to deal with family bonds and moral principles. Carefully combing through this issue, is the key to come from"positions" to "theories". Specifically speaking, first, we need to find out the concrete meaning of key words like "Zhi" ("直") and "Yin" ("隐") under the different specific context from the perspective of exegesis. Thus we could fully understand the correct meaning of these key phrases. Second, we need to distinguish the essential principles of Confucianism and the exceptional statements by Confucius and Mencius. We should understand historically and from their circumstances. Meanwhile we should also use the theories and methods of hermeneutics to make more creative interpretation of Confucian classics.
