摘要
目的探讨孕期管理师模式在提高妊娠管理质量中的作用。方法选取2011年1-12月在我院保健的200名孕妇为对照组,2012年1-12月在我院保健的孕妇200名为观察组,对照组采用传统孕期管理,观察组以孕期管理师模式对其进行规范的产前跟踪、个性化的孕期营养和运动指导及心理干预,观察两组产检依从性、孕期体重增长、妊娠结局等情况。结果两组比较有统计学差异。结论孕期管理师模式为孕妇提供综合跟踪管理,提高了妊娠管理的质量。
Objectives： To discuss the application of pregnancy manager model in improving pregnancy management quality. Methods A total of 400 pregnant women cared in our hospital from January to December, 2011 were divided into the control group （n=200） and the observation group （n=200）. The control group received traditional pregnancy management, while the observation group received additional pregnancy manager model, which provided standard prenatal tracking, individualized pregnancy nutrition, exercise advice, and psychological intervention. Both groups＂ compliance to pregnancy examination, pregnancy weight increase and pregnancy outcomes were observed. Results The differences between the two groups were of statistical significance. Conclusion Pregnancy manager model provided the pregnant women with comprehensive tracking management and thus improved pregnancy management quality.
