摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液治疗中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法将50例中度COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组仅予以常规内科治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗。比较2组治疗前、后的肺功能及CAT评分变化。结果对照组治疗后FEV1%、FVC%、CAT评分有所改善,但与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后FEV1%、FVC%、CAT评分优于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用黄芪注射液治疗中度COPD,能缓解症状,改善肺功能,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huangqi injection in the treatment of moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） . Methods 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each of 25 cases. The control group was given the conventional standardized treatment,while the treatment group was added with Huangqi injection on the basis of the control group. The lung function and CAT scores of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the FEV 1 % ,FVC% and CAT score of the control group compared with before treatment was no significant difference （ P〉0. 05） ,the FEV 1 % ,FVC% and CAT score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group and before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion The Huangqi injection in the treatment of patients with moderate COPD,can relieve symptoms and improve lung function, with no significant side effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
