护士长支持性沟通能力与自我效能感的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨护士长支持性沟通能力的影响因素及与自我效能感的相关性,为护士长能力的开发提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表和支持性沟通量表对长沙地区二、三级医院200名护士长进行问卷调查。结果护士长自我效能感与支持性沟通能力呈正相关(P<0.01);使用电子沟通方式的频率系支持性沟通能力的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论应注重护士长自我效能感和支持性沟通能力的相互影响和相互促进;护士长可以将电子沟通方式作为面对面沟通的有效补充。
