摘要
首先制备了表面氨基化的SiO2纳米颗粒,再分别将发绿色和红色荧光的CdTe QDs按比例组装于其表面,最后,用SiO2包覆SiO2-CdTe QDs纳米颗粒,实现了多步制备复合(SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2编码荧光纳米颗粒。(SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2编码荧光纳米颗粒不仅化学、光学性能稳定,而且还有利于与生物基团结合。另外,探讨了复合(SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2编码荧光纳米颗粒与血红蛋白质结合的情况。从而为复合(SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2编码荧光纳米颗粒作为生物探针在生化分析的应用奠定了一定的基础。
Firstly, SiO2 nanoparticles of surface amination were prepared,then respectively assembled on its surface with green and red fluorescence CdTe QDs,and finally SiO2-CdTe QDs nanoparticles were coated with SiO2. (SiO2-CdTe QDs)/ SiO2 coding fluorescent nanoparticles were prepared. The (SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2 coding fluorescent nanoparticles not only have chemical and optical performance, but also in favor of combination with biological group. Furthermore, the combi-nation situation between (SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2 coding fluo-rescent nanoparticles and bovine hemoglobin were discussed. Thus (SiO2-CdTe QDs)/SiO2 coding fluorescent nanoparti-cles can be used as a biological probe in the biochemical analysis application.
