摘要
制定地下水调控方案有利于包头市地下水资源的可持续开发利用,根据农田灌溉、工业用水、生活用水、第三产业用水等调控潜力计算结果,建立了枯水年、平水年、丰水年三种不同降水情景下的9种地下水调控方案,并根据变幅范围、降深、经济、技术可行性、环境效益五类标准选取调控方案,通过层次分析法优选了近期、远期地下水最优调控方案。
Making groundwater control planning is good for sustainable development utilization of groundwater resources in Baotou City. Based on the calculation results of adjusting farmland irrigation, living and third industry water saving capacity, nine planning are designed and three precipitation scenes which represent dry, medium rainfall and high flow year are considered. According to the requirement of water level range, drawdown, economy, technology feasibility and environment benefit, AHP method is used to optimize the best planning in recent and remote planning year.
