摘要
为加强宁晋泊和大陆泽蓄滞洪区的安全建设规划,利用MIKE FLOOD软件包建立宁晋泊和大陆泽蓄滞洪区的一、二维耦合模型,采用"96.8"历史洪水淹没资料进行模型验证,对大陆泽任县环水村不同时刻的模拟水位和实测水位进行了对比,模拟结果与实际基本吻合。利用该模型模拟了蓄滞洪区50年一遇的洪水淹没过程,得到了洪水淹没范围、水深、历时等洪水淹没特征信息,并以最大淹没水深单指标来进行洪水风险分区,绘制洪水风险图,为蓄滞洪区的安全建设规划提供了重要依据。
In order to strengthen the safety construction planning of Ningjinbo and Daluze flood storage and detention area, one and two dimensional coupled model of Ningjinbo and Daluze flood storage and detention areas is established by using MIKE FLOOD software. And then the model test is verified by using "96.8" historical flood submerged data. Comparison of the analog water level and the measured value in the Huanshui Village of Ren County, the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual situation. The model is used to simulate the flood submerged process for the fifty-year frequency flood in flood storage and detention areas. The flood submerged indexes, such as flood submerged range, water depth and flood duration, are obtained. The maximum inundation depth is used to regionalize the flood risk and plot the flood risk map, which provides important basis for safety construction planning of flood storage and detention area.
