摘要
QFD(Quality Furetion Deployment)已经很成功的用在单产品的设计中,通过将客户的需求转化成产品的技术特性,进而完成产品的设计,然而QFD设计思想却并没有被应用到系列产品的设计中,也很少被用来为产品平台的建立服务。另一方面,环境问题越来越严重,在产品设计过程中也亟需绿色设计方法的出现。因此,文章提出了一个改进的QFDE(Quality Furetion Deployment Environment)方法,该方法通过分析不同市场细分中顾客和环境需求的差别,来进行产品零部件多样性程度的求解,最终从零部件和模块的角度完成产品平台的建立。并且以空调室内机为例对该方法进行了分析和验证。
Designing a product by change the customer requirements into the product technical characteristics,QFD has been used successfully in single product design.However,it doesn't have the function to help the design of the serious product and the product platform.On the other hand,there also need a green design method,since the environment is becoming more and more serious.In this paper,a product platform concept based on the QFDE is proposed.In this method,the diversity of the components and the modulas can be realized by analyzing the difference of the requirement in different market segments.Finally,the product platform is established from the views of the component and module diversity degree.This paper uses an indoor air conditioner as an example to illustrate the proposed method.
