基于整车性能分析的越野汽车传动比优化 被引量:3

Gear Ratio Optimization of A Sport Utility Vehicle Based on Vehicle Performance Simulation

摘要 对某越野汽车进行了整车性能建模,对其动力性和燃油经济性进行了仿真分析,仿真分析结果与实车试验结果非常接近,由此校验了所建分析模型的准确性。基于所建立的分析模型,运用DOE试验设计方法,以汽车动力性和燃油经济性为目标,对汽车动力系传动比进行了优化,确定出了一组最佳的传动比;进一步分析表明:传动比优化以后,汽车动力性得到了较大幅度的提高,油耗水平也得到了优化。因此,所获得的最佳传动比为下一步工程实施提供了重要依据。 Vehicle performance modeling,drivability and fuel economy simulation were performed for a Chinese Sport Utility Vehicle,Comparison of the simulated data and the test data shows that they are very close,thus,the analysis models established are accurate.Based on the validated models and the design of experiments(DOE) approach,power train gear ratios were optimized aiming at improving vehicle drivability and fuel economy,the best gear ratios were obtained;Following simulation and comparison demonstrates that with the best gear ratios,drivability of the vehicle is significantly improved while the fuel consumption level is also declined,therefore,the best gear ratios obtained in this study could be very helpful in next step engineering implementation.
