工艺因数对扩氧器微孔陶瓷气孔率的影响分析

Effect of Technological Factors upon the Porosity of the Oxygen Expanding Appliances Porous Ceramics

摘要 以堇青石、高岭土、滑石、碳酸钙为主要原料,采用普通注浆成型方法,自然干燥,常压烧结工艺制备多孔陶瓷片。探讨了粘结剂、原料颗粒级配、烧成温度、保温时间对微孔陶瓷片气孔率的影响。并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了试样的断面形貌。实验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下可得到气孔率为46.2%,气孔均匀分布,孔径小于10 um,抗折强度25.8 MPa的综合性能良好的多孔陶瓷片。 Cordierite , kaolinite, talc and calcium carbonate were main raw materials , the porous ceramics was prepared by general slip casting, natural drying, conventional sintering. The effects of porosity of porous ceramics with binder, powder particle gradation, sintering temperature and holding time has been discussed. The fracture morphology of the sample werecharacterized by SEM. The results shows that: The comprehensive performance of prepared porous ceramics were the best while technological factors were the best, porosity was 46.2 %,uniform distribution of stomatal, the pore size less thanl0um,flexural strength 25.8 MPa.
