摘要
采用动态力学分析仪、旋转流变仪研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)共混合金的粘弹性。结果表明,TPEE的加入可以提高共混材料的低温韧性或阻尼性能;TPEE可以促进PTT冷结晶的进行;共混材料的玻璃化转变随TPEE的增加而略有降低,储能能力增强。共混熔体的复数黏度随着TPEE含量的增加而增加,假塑性越来越明显,剪切储能模量增加,弹性行为增加,粘性行为减少,但粘性行为仍然占据主导地位。
The viscoelasticity of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/thermoplastic polyester elastomer(PTT/TPEE) blends was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis and rotational rheometer.The results suggest that the addition of TPEE can increase the toughness or damp properties in low temperature range.The cold-crystallization ability of PTT is also improved by TPEE which has more active molecular chains.The glass transition temperatures of blends decrease with TPEE content increasing,but the storage modulus increases.The complex viscosities of melts,shear storage modulus and elastic behaviors increase with increase of TPEE content,however,the viscous behaviors is prominent in the melt rheological behaviors.TPEE is a good modifying addition for PTT processing.
