摘要
我国台湾的研发服务业发展得益于该地区当局的高度重视。企业资金是研发经费的主要来源,且主要为制造业提供研发服务,研发成果科技含量高;高校在研发服务中发挥着重要作用。广东省研发服务业发展存在着内部研究发展支持力度低、外部依赖程度过高、信息不透明、交易机制不完善等诸多问题,政府需要从产业定位,重点项目选择和环境建设等方面提出正确的发展策略。
Taiwan R＆D service industry gets benefits from local government. Enterprises inputs are the key parts of its total expenses. Taiwan R＆D service industry offers service to manufacture industry, and its research carries the feature of high - tech. Higher education plays an import role in Taiwan R＆D service industry. There are many problems for R＆D service in- dustry in Guangdong, such as lacking the support from inside, depending on outside too much, information ambiguity, and poor transaction systems. It is necessary for government to make strategies to develop it from the angles of industry orientation, selecting key projects and environment establishment.
