摘要 简要概述了原生动物的生态学地位以及作为生态毒理实验研究对象的优势,从三个方面论述了原生动物在重金属,农药以及有机化合物在毒性评价中的研究进展,提出了原生动物在生态毒理实验中存在的问题,对其发展前景进行了展望. In this paper, the ecological status of protozoa and the advantage of ecological toxicology experiment as the research object are summarized, the research progress of the protozoa in heavy metals, pesticides and organic compounds in toxicity assessment from three aspects is discused, the problem of protozoa in ecological toxicology experiments is proposed, and its development is prospected.
