对马沸炉控制系统的改造

摘要 针对原马沸炉因电路控制板损坏而不能对矿物进行高温加热问题.对其控制系统进行了改造.改造后的控制系统,采用西门子PLC为控制核心,以西门子文本屏为人机界面,以热电偶为传感元件,配合可控硅触发板进行移相触发,对两块单向可控硅进行控制,控制两块可控硅输出的电流,以可控硅输出电流驱动马沸炉中的加热电阻,对马沸炉中的矿物进行加热.实现了4点~8点控温功能,并设置了检查输入参数错误的报警,人机操作界面简单.实践运行表明,该系统运行可靠,各控制参数达到预期要求,对马沸炉控制系统的改造成功. To solve the problem that the Muffle furnace can not heat the mineral ore due to the electric control board is damaged,the control system of the Muffle furnace is reformed.In the modified control system,the Siemens PLC is utilized as the control core,the Siemens text screen is used as the human-machine interface,the thermocouple is applied as the sensor,the thyristor trigger board is employed to shift phase to trigger the 2 unidirectional thyristors,the electric currents of the 2 unidirectional thyristors are controlled and drive the heating resistance of the Muffle furnace,and the mineral ore in the Muffle furnace is heated.The temperature control of 4 points to 8 points is implemented,and the alarms for checking the input parameter errors are established,the human-machine interface is simple.The practical operation of the Muffle furnace shows that the control system is reliable;the parameters controlled meet the desirable requirements,and the control system reformation of the Muffle furnace is succeeded.
