摘要
为提高腈纶织物天然染料染色的日晒牢度,采用盐酸羟胺12 g/L,醋酸铵20 g/L,在80℃的条件下对腈纶进行改性,再用金属预媒染方法对其进行染色,分析了媒染剂用量、染色温度、时间、pH值、NaCl用量等对改性腈纶织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,Fe3+和Cu2+适合黄连素媒染染色,改性腈纶纤维的最适宜媒染条件为:金属离子3%(omf),pH值弱酸性或中性,95℃染色60 min左右;染色织物的牢度可以满足服用要求,且日晒牢度明显提高。
Modification of acrylic fabric before pre-mordanting is carried out at 85 ℃ with 12 g/L hydroxylamine hydrochloride and 20 g/L ammonium acetate to improve the light fastness of natural dyeings.Influences of mordant dosage,dyeing temperature and time,pH value and NaCl dosage on dyeing properties of modified acrylic are studied.The results show that Fe^ 3 + and Cu^2 + are suitable for mordant dyeing with berberine.The optimum mordant dyeing process is as follows:metal ion 3 % (omf),dyeing at 95 ℃ for about 60 min under acidic or neutral condition.The color fastness of the dyeings can meet the requirements of wearing,and the light fastness increases significantly.
