摘要
目的:分析脑出血合并多器官功能衰竭(MOF)患者的临床特点,探讨有效的诊疗对策。方法:回顾性分析我院2009～2011年间收治的53例脑出血合并多器官功能衰竭患者的临床资料,并结合临床特点给予有效的治疗。结果:本组53例患者经有效治疗后,病情痊愈27例(50.9%),病情好转18例(34.0%),总有效率为84.9%;死亡8例(15.1%),其中4个器官功能衰竭者有5例,3个器官功能衰竭者有2例,2个器官功能衰竭者有1例。结论:脑出血合并多器官功能衰竭的病死率较高,临床医师应在充分评估患者病情和临床特点,给予患者实施有效的综合治疗措施,积极预防相关并发症,以降低死亡率。
Objective：To analyse the cerebral hemorrhage combined multiple organ failure（MOF） patients clinical characteristics and effective countermeasures.Methods：Analysis 53 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were combined multiple organ failure patients clinical material,and to give effective treatment.Results：The 53 cases of patients cured by the effective treatment,illness recovery 27 cases（50.9%）,got better 18 cases（34.0%）,the total effective rate was 84.9%;Death 8 cases（15.1%）.Conclusion：Clinicians should give patients effective comprehensive treatment measures,and actively prevent complications,in order to reduce mortality.
