摘要
借助与 Pm2及 Pm4紧密连锁的 RFL P标记 ,对南京农业大学细胞遗传所与江苏省里下河地区农科所合作育成的抗白粉病小麦新品系及其它单位育成或引自国外但所含具体 Pm基因尚有异议的抗病品种进行了分析。结果表明 ,本所与江苏省里下河地区农科所合作育成的抗病新品系及江苏省农科院育成的白粉病抗源材料中所含具体 Pm基因与按系谱推导及对白粉病菌抗谱分析的结果相一致。而据单体分析认定为“Pm2 x”和“KG”( 6A)的白免 3号和肯贵阿 1号和按侵染型推导为含Pm2 +6的“郑州 831”,在本研究中发现这 3个材料所含主效抗病基因均为 Pm4 ,而无 Pm2 ,此结果与分菌系、分小种抗谱鉴定结果相符。另外 ,RFLP分析还证明了 2个引自国外且抗病性已降低的 Pm6鉴别寄主 Timgalen和 CI12 632 / 8Cc所携带 Pm6基因已丢失。
The Pm genes contained in wheat cultivars (lines) developed by Cytogenetics Institute of Nanjing Agricultural University in corporation with Lixiahe Agricultural Research Institute of Jiangsu Province and those from other sources were identified using RFLP markers tightly linked to Pm2 and Pm4a genes. The Pm genes identified in most of the tested materials by molecular markers were in accordance with these by pedigree deduction and analysis of resistance spectrum. But, the statements previously made about “Baimian No.3”, “Kenguia No.1” and “Zhengzhou 831” containing “Pm2x”, “KG” (6A) and Pm2+6 respectively, were not coincided with the results based on the molecular marker analysis which showed that all above mentioned three cultivars contain Pm4 gene, instead of Pm2 gene. The results were also in agreement with that from resistance spectrum analysis. Two cultivars used as Pm6 differential hosts Timgalen and CI12632/8Cc introduced from IWWPMN, in which the resistance was degraded, were confirmed the Pm6 gene had been lost by RFLP analysis.
