摘要
服务学习将社区服务和课程学习结合起来,是20世纪60年代起源于美国的一种新兴的教育哲学理念和教学方法,其对于教师教育的价值已得到普遍认可。顶岗实习支教是我国高师院校教育实习的一种创新模式,它与美国教师教育中的服务学习理念不谋而合,无论是在特征还是在价值取向上都具有相似之处。美国服务学习的教育理念和实施策略为我国顶岗实习支教提供了有益启示。
Originated in America in the 1960s as a new education philosophy and method, service learning combines community service and course learning, whose value to teacher education has been generally acknowledged. The idea of in- post teaching practice, a new mode of internship in teachers' universities in China, has just been coincident with that of service learning in American teacher education. They share similarities both in features and in value orientations. Education philosophy and strategies of service learning provide beneficial enlightenment on in-post teachin~ oractice.
