摘要 金属-陶瓷功能梯度材料以其优异的特性和新颖的设计理念而备受世人瞩目,其广泛的应用前景令人期待,但目前国内外对该材料的研究还普遍停留在材料的设计、制备及其性能评价阶段。而一种新材料从出现到实际应用,有效的加工手段是至关重要和不可或缺的。概述了金属-陶瓷功能梯度材料的发展、制备方法及其广泛的应用,同时对该材料的电火花加工方法进行了展望。 With excellent practical features and innovative conceptual design, metal-ceramic func- tionally graded material (FGM) has attracted worldwide attention. At present scenario, researches of this kind of material are limited within the topics of material design, preparation and performance evaluation domestically and internationally. However, an effective processing method is probably the most critical factor putting any of the new materials into practical applications. This paper summarized the development, synthesis methods and its extensive applications of metal-ceramic FGM. Additionally, a method of self-induced EDM is discussed for the processing of metal-ceramic FGM.
