摘要
以野生阳荷为原料,以阳荷多糖为研究对象,以提取率为考察指标,探讨提取功率、温度、时间和料液比对多糖提取率的影响,采用正交试验法对提取工艺条件进行优化,结果表明:阳荷多糖的最佳超声提取条件:料液比1∶30(mg∶L),提取温度为70℃,提取时间30 min,超声功率100 W,在此条件下进行的验证试验多糖提取率为8.18%。
The extraction ofpolysaccharides from Zingiber striolatum by ultrasonic technology was studied and the effects of solvent, ultrasonic power, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio on yield ofpolysaccharides were investigated. The optimized conditions were determined through orthogonal test. The solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 30(mg : L), the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the extraction time was 40 min, the ulWasonic power was 100 W, and the yield was 8.18%.
