摘要
目的探讨多模式脑诱发电位对早期帕金森病的诊断价值。方法选取52例早期帕金森病患者,随机分为两组。观察组26例患者,采用多模式脑诱发电位的检测;对照组26例患者,采用常规的方法进行检测。结果观察组的SEP、BAEP、VEP诊断异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模式脑诱发电位对早期帕金森病有重要的诊断价值,有利于早期帕金森综合征的诊断。
Objective To study on the diagnostic value of multimodal evoked potentials in patients with early Parkin- son's disease. Methods A total of 52 patients with early Parkinson^s disease were done multimodal evoked potentials detect. The diagnostic value Of multimodal evoked potentials in patients with early Parkinson" s disease were analzed by abnormal appearance comparison between primary wave latency (PL), interpeak latency (IPL) and wave amplitude. Results After multimodal evoked potentials detect, 19 cases (36.5%) of abnormal BAEP show poorly differentiated Ⅲ and V wave and prolongation of latency; 39 cases (75%) of abnormal SEP show poorly differentiated wave and slightly pro- longation of latency; 17 cases (32.7%) of abnormal VEP show prolongation of latency or unbalanced state of wave am- plitude. Abnormal diagnosis rate of SEP was higher than that of BAEP or VEP. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Multimodal evoked potentials detect has important diagnostic value for early Parkinson's disease and is fa- vorable for the diagnosis of early Parkirtson's disease.
