摘要
目的探讨舒适护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的影响。方法选取浙江省绍兴市人民医院2011年1月～2013年2月治疗的92例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,将其分为常规护理组与护理干预组,常规护理组患者仅给予糖尿病肾病血液透析常规护理,而护理干预组患者则给予舒适护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施,比较两组患者血液透析并发症、负性情绪和患者满意度。结果护理干预组患者血液透析并发症发生率为2.17%,明显少于常规护理组(15.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),透析2周后,护理干预组患者焦虑标准分为(44.22±3.29)分,抑郁标准分为(44.21±3.26)分,明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05),护理干预组患者对护理服务态度和方式的满意度为89.13%、86.96%,明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式指导下的护理干预措施能够明显减少糖尿病肾病血液透析并发症的发生,减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪程度,提高患者对护理人员提供护理服务的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application and effects on the diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis by the comfortable nursing mode. Methods Ninety-two diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis who were treated in the blood dialysis department of people＇s hospital in Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province from January 2011 to February 2013 were chosen as the research objects.Patients in the conventional care group were given routine nursing measures,patients in the nursing intervention group were given nursing measures under the guidance of the the com- fortable nursing mode.The hemodialysis complications,the negative emotions and patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results The hemodialysis complications rate in the nursing intervention group were lower than that in the conventional care group （2.17% vs 15.22%, P 〈 0.05）,the scores of anxiety in the nursing intervention group was （44.22±3.29）,and the scores of depression was （44.21＋3.26）, the scores of anxiety and depression in the nursing intervention group were lower than that in the conventional care group （P 〈 0.05）, the patient satisfaction was 89.13%,86.96%% in the nursing intervention group,it was higher than that in the conventional care group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing interven- tion measures under the guide of the the comfortable nursing mode mode can obviously reduce the hemodialysis com- plications rate and the degree of anxiety and depression in diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis,it aiso im- prove the patient satisfaction.
