摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定血栓心脉宁片中冰片及麝香酮的含量。方法:采用DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),FID检测器;进样口温度为:200℃,分流比1∶1,载气流量(N2):2.5mL.min-1,检测器温度:250℃;程序升温:140℃维持10 min,以20℃.min-1升温至200℃维持10 min,采用外标法测定。结果:在该色谱条件下,异龙脑、龙脑、麝香酮分别在0.013~0.13μg.mL-1,0.0155~0.155μg.mL-1,0.0005025~0.005025μg.mL-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9997,0.9997,0.9998);平均回收率分别为99.93%,99.67%,103.65%(n=6,RSD分别为1.83%,1.37%,1.69%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于血栓心脉宁片的质量控制。
Abstract:Objective:A GC method was established for simultaneous determination of borneo1 and muscone in Xue- shuan Xinmaining Tablet. Methods : DB - WAX column ( 30 m x 0.53 mm, 1.0μm) and FID detector were used; inlet temperature was 200 ℃ ; split ratio was 1 : 1 ; the flow rate was 2.5 mL . min - 1 ; the detector temperature was 250 ℃. The column temperature was programmed as maintaining 140 ℃ for 10 minutes and then increased to 200 ℃ at a rate of 20℃ . min-l, and maintained for 10 minutes. The external standard method was used. Results:The calibration curve linear re- lations of isoborneol,borneol and muscone were 0. 013 - 0.13 μg .mL-1, 0. 0155 - 0. 155 μg . mL-1, 0. 0005025 - 0. 005025 μg . mL - 1 respectively, which showed a good relationship ( r = 0. 9997,0.9997,0. 9998 ). The average recover- ies of isobomeol, borneol and museone were 99.93%, 99.67%, 103.65%, respectively ( n = 6, RSD = 1.83% , 1.37% , 1.69% ). Conclusion:The method is efficient and accurate with a good reproduction and can be used for the qual- ity control of Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablet.
