摘要
目的探讨大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科治疗方法,提高治疗大肠癌致肠梗阻的疗效。方法回顾分析2009年9月至2012年11月我院收治68例大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果 27例结肠癌合并肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合;31例Ⅰ期造口,Ⅱ期切除关瘘,2例姑息性结肠造口;直肠癌合并肠梗阻4例Dixon术,3例Miles术,1例Hartmann术。术后出现2例吻合口瘘,经保守治疗后恢复良好。结论要结合患者全身状况和大肠癌发病部位、侵犯程度选用合理手术方式。
Objective To study the surgical treatment of colorectal obstruction methods, to improve the curative effect of the treatment of colorectal obstruction. Methods Retrospective analysis in September 2009 to November 2012, 68 cases of colorectal cancer in our patients complicated with acute intestinal obstruction clinical material. Results 27 cases of colon cancer with obstruction I stage anastomosis; 31 cases of I period colostomy, 1I stage resection shut fistula, 2 cases of palliative colostomy; colorectal cancer merger ileus 4 cases dixon operation, 3 cases miles operation, 1 case Hartmann technique. Postoperative anastomotic fistula in 2 cases, the conservative treatment good recovery. Conclusion According to the body condition and colorectal cancer patients with parts, infringement of choosing the reasonable operation method.
