摘要
飞机电气系统的线束设计主要基于AutoCAD的二维图纸,和excel表格来完成。这需要耗费大量的人力时间来完成从原理图到线束分叉图的整个设计过程。而且由于二维图纸没有校验措施,错误较难避免,且大量表格维护更是费时费力。为此将美国Mentor Graphics公司的CHS(Capital Harness System)专业线束设计软件引入飞机电气系统线束设计的二维图纸设计过程,并根据飞机设计要求进行二次开发,使所设计的图纸可进行电气校验,建立电气元器件库整合进二维图纸的数据库,大大的提高了设计的效率,同时也保证了设计的可靠性和可维护性。
Aircraft harness design is mainly 2D--design based on AutoCAD and excel diagrams. It will consume a lot of energy and time of the designer to complete the process from schematic diagram to harness diagram.Also there is no supervision measure,mistakes cannot be avoided and the maintenance of the large amount of excel diagrams can be annoying. The harness design based on CHS,product of Mentor Graphics Company,helps with the check mechanism,and greatly improves the reliability and maintenance efficiency.
