摘要 综述了近年来氟在环境及生物体内的暴露水平,分析氟在生物体内的毒理代谢规律,并总结了相关的健康效应指标。氟在低浓度时对人体具有保护作用,饮水中最低保护作用的氟化物浓度约为0.5 mg/L;氟在高浓度时对人体有害,饮水中氟化物浓度在0.9~1.2 mg/L时可产生轻度氟斑牙。氟的保护浓度存在着地区性差异。总结暴露于不同氟浓度的生物标志物时发现:丙二醛含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力被推荐为氟中毒时早期敏感参考指标;而血清总碱性磷酸酶、骨碱性磷酸酶及血清骨钙素含量可作为氟致骨相损伤的早期诊断指标;此外,骨钙素与羟脯氨酸结合可作为筛选氟接触高危人群的指标。进一步分析以上健康效应指标,发现由于缺乏分子机制的研究,它们能否作为敏感的生物标志物仍需进一步评估。 The concentrations of fluorine exposure in the environment and organisms and their metabolic kinetics of toxicology in or- ganisms are summarized in this paper,along with the fluorine health indicators are analyzed. According to the previous depiction, fluorine could play a protective role on human body at the low level, with the lowest acceptable concentration of the drinking water is nearly 0.5 mg/L. However, fluorine exposure at high level is proved to be harmful, and it revealed that the drinking water con- taining 0.9-1.2 mg/L fluoride could lead to the mild dental fluorosis. Regional differences have been also found for the fluorine concentration that is being thought as appropriate for human. Bio-marks that reflect the fluorine exposure at different levels are sum- marized, the result presented that the malondialdehyde contents and the glutathione peroxidase activities are recommended as the main sensitivities indicators of early fluorosis exposure, moreover, total serum alkaline phosphatase, bone alkaline phosphatase and serum osteocalcin content are thought as the main early diagnostic indicators of phrenology injury caused by fluoride. In addition, osteocalcin combined with hydroxyproline can be acted as the main indicators for screening high-risk people that exposed to fluorine. Being lacks of molecular mechanism, whether health indexes mentioned above can be acted as the sensitive bio-marks should be fur- ther assessed.
