摘要
电除尘器是工业窑炉尾气净化的主力装置,其提效改造潜力很大,同时为了适应新的环保排放需要,也须对电除尘器进行必要的提效改造。讨论了电除尘器阴极的结构及功能,结合工程实例,分析了电除尘器阴极收尘技术的应用价值,提出针对电除尘器提效改造的一种技术措施。
ESP,as the main device to purify the off-gas exhausted from the industrial kiln stove,it boasts great potentiality to be retrofitted to reach higher efficiency which is inevitable for the purpose to accommodate the new environmental emissions requirement.It discussed the structure and function of the ESP cathode by virtue of a real engineering project and analyzes the value for the technology application of such ESP cathode and proposes a new technical measure to upgrade the ESP for the efficiency improvement.
